Sud Aviation SA 316B Alouette III Gendarmerie Ju 87 BIn April 1963, the first two HIS 3160 Alouette III French Gendarme helicopters, No. 1097 F MJBE and 1098 F MJBF included this kit, were put into service at the LYON BRON helicopter base. Liked very much for its maneuverability, enabling visual night flights, it was the ideal helicopter for surveillance and rescue operations.
