It was bottled 'straight from the

slightly fruity again with prune and black plums

and pomegranate syrup

also ripe bananas of course

A cracking Margaret River white here

with a wonderful ashy side

it should be noted that the name cognac is of Dutch origin and derives from 'brandewijn'

Also hints of apple liqueur (manzana verde)

dried figs

with aromas of blackcurrants

Nose: Yeasty/porridgy

Maybe touches of a little milk or dairy cream
