Distilling

It then undergoes a long aging process in bourbon casks before it arrives to the Naud distillery for an addition of spices to finish it off

molasses caramel or artificial colourings/flavourings

though now hints of cinnamon and allspice bring a warming touch to the proceedings

but not cloying – banana flavour is intense but doesn't overstep the mark – it's still clear that there is good liquid in the mix

This release from the Hayman's team is inspired by the original style of Gin that was once sold back in the 1800's which was sold straight from the cask
