Because they can be seen through, they are perfect for work with fine details or carving, or as an alternative to clear for ware with underglaze. They do not run and look great on their own or combined with other glazes.

Apply to greenware

Lighter colors can be used on top of darker colors and remain opaque and bright

beyond the non-toxic legal limit

Try to get the brush fully saturated (loaded) and apply each coat in the same direction

Warning: The use of high acidic clays can be damaging to the surface of the aluminum wheel head

Apply two coats to the entire piece and a third coat to the top 2/3 to allow for running

or to add a field to a decorative piece

The fired Snowfall may also become tinted ("bluing") as the copper leaches into the glaze
