Reyes y Cobardes Salmiana Mazcal (750 ml) appellation_OportoMade in the state of San Luis Potosi with Salmiana agave. Don Jose Acosta, Maestro Mezcalero, learnt the mezcal trade from his father. His agave is harvested on a semi arid plateau between the desert and a steep mountain ridge. This mezcal is distilled in a copper still and traditionally made in a horno made of volcanic rock.
