Domaine de Beudon - Fendant 2019 (750ml) SusumanielloChasselas, as it is more famously known, goes by the name of Fendant in the Valais. Bright, and intriguing, and with a touch less sappy character than perhaps many a younger release of the variety.

Palate: Sweet fruited entry

Sourced from premier vineyards across the Central Coast

this Champagne is derived from maceration on the skins rather than by the blending of red wine

This Albariño has floral aromas and notes of grapefruit and honeydew melon on the nose

The focus is on the local varieties Zweigelt and St

giving the wine a rich body and abundant taste

This seamless and fresh mix of melon and citrus fruit is vibrant

The mouthfeel is decadent

spicy lift on the persistent

no sulfur was added during fermentation and we left the wine unfiltered to showcase its natural texture
