Master the basics of creating one of our little 5" iced buttercream cakes. We'll demonstrate everything from, how we soak, fill and assemble our cakes, how to achieve a super smooth sharp edge buttercream iced cake, perfect your piping techniques and how to style and decorate a finished cake. This class will be run by two of our pastry chefs who will demonstrate each
