Keep A Breast Foundation Charity Bead CaribbeanIn November 2014 we started a very special relationship with the Keep A Breast Foundation and designed a beautiful bead to represent their dedication to raising the awareness of breast cancer in young women. The Keep A Breast Foundation is the leading youth focused, global, nonprofit breast cancer organization. Their mission is to eradicate breast cancer for future generations. They provide support programs for young people impacted by cancer and
snorkelers and travelers from around the world
lush rice terraces and barren volcanic hillsides provide a picturesque backdrop to the colourful and deeply spiritual culture of this 'Island of The Gods'
During the winter months the sea is deep and dark whilst in the summer it turns shimmery blue and green
The vibrant red bead with the thin white lines wrapped round represent the waves rolling to the shore
It is hard to depict an image onto jewellery and having been inspired by amazing waves from around the world and through the media we wanted to recreate this onto a piece of jewellery
Porth Island lies just off the shore and is accessible by a narrow footbridge where you can observe the blowhole if caught on the right tide
With it’s sheltered headland of Cosy Corner to the North and it’s stretch of perfectly wedgy A-frame peaks down the beach it’s a little spot of surf heaven
To achieve this we used black and white glass
Ischgl is a town situated in the Austrian state of Tyrol which extends over to the Swiss border
This necklace is 44cm in length
