Brought to us by the Ruddington based distillery comes their Premium Navy Strength Gin which has been hand crafted using specially selected botanicals

To do this they took Deconstructed Orange Bitters which allowed the flavours from the botanicals to be retained and not overpowered by the flavours

This Gin released from Kamm and Sons who also brought us their fantastic Aperitif

The spirit has pure Water added to it before it is rested for a minimum of two weeks and then bottled at 46% ABV

this creates a Spicy bodied Gin with notes of Sharp Citrus lime

Each gin is served from a copper flask that is engraved with the folklore and history that surrounds the distillery

Bursting with plenty of Peanut Butter notes and hints of Caramel to go alongside

It is aged for a minimum of 12 years and bottles at a medium proof
