This one's claim to fame is that it blooms later, in late February and into March and sometimes all the way into April. The flowers start out a deep burgundy, then open to a soft pink, then ages to a deep rose color. The flowers come up and bloom above the foliage so are not hidden. We really like the foliage, deep dark green that is very attractive
