Hidalgo Pastrana Manzanilla Pasada Sherry Wine (750ml) NV TorrontésThe Pastrana Manzanilla Pasada is unique in several ways. First and foremost it is the result of grapes from a single vineyard that has been owned by the Hidalgo family since the 1700's that is located between Jerez and Sanlucar. Second it is aged about 12 years, which is 7 to 8 more than a typical Manzanilla. It is is only lightly filtered, which keeps the color a bit darker and the flavors noticeably richer than it's younger sybling, La Gitana.
