One brew, split into six different casks and left to develop and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This one has been resting in a cherry liqueur barrel and the notes are exactly as youd want, deep, rich and sweet cherry in abundance! This will develop over time but this is excellent to drink right now.

Blend #3 features 1/3 Imperial Stout aged for 32 months in Maple Syrup Barrels that previously held Bourbon blended with 2/3 fresh Imperial Stout
