with heaps of dried fruit and prunes

5 % Cinsault 3 % Vaccaresse etc

Straw coloured with a pungent but soft nose with hints of sea water and white peach

and a hint of buttered daisies

The botanical blend features generous doses of juniper

it is medium-bodied with lively acidity and flavors of red berries

At 20% ABV

with notes of lime

Palate: Dry Sauvignon weight balanced by Loire acidity
