Eric Rodez Blanc de Blancs Champagne Grand Cru 'Ambonnay' NV (750 ml) Chassagne-MontrachetThis cuve is typically made from a blend of 15 wines from five to six different vintages. 70% of the wines are vinified in small oak barrels and 40% do not go thru malolactic fermentation. The nose is expressive with fruit and brioche accents, upon aeration, it expresses hints of peach and hints of citrus. The palate is muscular, long with delightfull finesse, reflecting the distinguished terroir.
