Abbazia di Novacella - Alto Adige Pinot Grigio 2023The abbazia (abbey) of Novacella has been around since the 12th century at the Northern end of Alto Adiges Isarco Valley, on the steep slopes of the Dolomites. Vines have been growing in the area for at least 850 years. The abbasia own many vineyards, and farm many others based on ancient relationships.
