Metamorphosis 2023 AllOur second Seasonal Release is a wonderful story of evolution. We were exceptionally lucky to have acquired a fresh Muscat Cask from an acclaimed winemaker (and his creative kids) which we filled with 6 year old Peated Whisky. A further 2 years maturation in the French Oak has produced a delightful sweet, salty and peated Single Malt Whisky ready for your enjoyment.
