An initial Oily mouthfeel with White Pepper

are macerated in water and alcohol for a few days

creating a Wonderfully refreshing little tipple

which has always been a signature of transparency on bottled-in-bond products

Palate: Orange and Nectarine on the forefront with a Full Bodied mouth feel before Herbal notes develop with Honey Sweetness and undertones of Ginger and Peat

This Whisky was made by the Chivas brother in the 20th Century with them being able to trace their roots back to the 1800's where a grocers was first opened on 13 King Street

A silky start

FINISH: Very long with light scented wood

aged in ex-bourbon barrels

It is produced by using a fine selection of Cognacs and Tropical Oranges and a Secret recipe

Non-chill filtered and bottled at 50% ABV
